Our Why
As dog owners ourselves, we have experienced the need locally for a cageless boarding/daycare facility that can provide a stress-free and safe location for pets to stay while we were away. Pets need a comfortable, home-like environment where they feel secure and loved.
Pepe Le Pooche was established in 2011 in order to provide that special place for pets. A facility with a team of professionals offering a safe environment with specialized care for pets and peace of mind for their owners. We believe that the most important part in providing excellent customer service is having a diversified group of committed professionals all sharing one goal.

Co- Founder
Co-Founder, together with her daughter, Monica, Francie has always had an entrepreneurial nature and a passion for rescuing animals. Her favorite part about overseeing the day to day activities at their facility is getting to know their customer base and their beloved fur babies. She prides herself on giving excellent customer service and will truly listen to the needs of her customers with compassion and care. When she is not at Pepe Le Pooche you can find her sitting outside reading about herbal remedies and relaxing with her backyard chickens.
Co-Founder, and head of marketing at Pepe Le Pooche, Monica, is determined on making your pet’s stay with us a stress free experience. She has been in the Pet Care Industry since 2007, and with a degree in Marine Science she is a passionate advocate for our natural world. She has two fur babies and one hooman baby and loves spending time in nature with her family.

Lourdes
Head Groomer
Lourdes is our head groomer and has been working with us since our opening. She has over 40 yrs experience in grooming dogs and show dogs and it sure shows! Grooming is an art form and she is an artist!
Dogs ask for her by name!
Without great bathers there is no great grooming, that WOW effect!
